Do you accept insurance?
Currently, we accept Medicare and BlueShield insurances. If you do not have either of these insurances, we provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
To provide the best care to all patients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less notice—or missed appointments—may be subject to a $50 fee. Thank you for helping us serve others promptly.
What are your payment options?
We accept cash, credit, debit, and check for all services provided at our clinic. FSA and HSA are also accepted.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
